Once you have purchased an Artwork & Design Package.

When your order has been completed, go to our file upload page,
here you can upload files to send to us. Alternatively, you can email us the information / files, be sure to make a note of your order ID Number, and place this in your email.

What files should you include?

This can depend upon the item purchased, and what is to be placed into your design.
If you have an existing corporate ID and would like us to stick within these guidelines, then any files, images, fonts, colour schemes, pantone references, etc should be made aware to us before we commence any design.
If you just have a rough idea of what you would like, then you can give us a brief description in an email or word document, if you have a particular product that is to be included in the design then this should be supplied in a suitable format, not embedded into a word, powerpoint, publisher file etc. Images are best sent as separate items to the text information.
We have an extensive stock image library that can be used in our designs that are inclusive within the artwork costs.

How long before I see my proofs?

We will normally get an initial proof for you within three working days. Any quick amendments are usually done the same day and re-emailed to you for approval.

PLEASE NOTE: IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK YOUR PROOF FOR SPELLING, GRAMMAR AND CONTENT. ONCE YOU HAVE SIGNED OFF YOUR ARTWORK, DIGITAL PRINT GENIE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY ERRORS. REPRINTS WILL BE CHARGED.
